This bug was caused by one word missing from 1 line of code.
I blame my all night programming sessions for this rookie type of mistake.

1. Siapkan Recovery disk / flashdisk yang sudah bootabel atau bisa juga menggunakan CD or DVD yang sudah bootable, lalu boot dari sana
2. Jika sudah ada tulisan "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD. . ." tekan saja sembarangan di keyboard.
3. Tunggu proses selanjutnya
4. Pilih bahasa yang akan anda gunakan
5. Klik tulisan Repair your computer (berada di kiri bawah window)
6. Tunggu proses loading selesai
7. Kemudian pilih Next
8. Selanjutnya pilih Startup Repair
9. Sekarang tunggu proses ini, karna disini system sedang mencari masalah dan mencoba memperbaikinya secara otomatis, ikuti langkah yang disarankan. Jika masalah yang di temukan tidak bisa di perbaiki secara otomatis maka langkah terakhir yang perlu anda lakukan adalah denga cara menginstall ulang komputer anda.
10. Setelah selesai semua, langsung klik Finish, bisa terjadi restart secara otomatis maupun harus manual, (jangan lupa cabut flash disk atau buka CD or DVD di komputer anda pada saat anda merestart PC anda)
